"NEW" A first visit that will surprise you!
Your new brother-in-law takes the initial visit very seriously. At our expense, he will take the time to perform a mini home security check, locate the water main and electrical panel, and add this information to the property file. He will also replace the batteries in the smoke detectors. The time and associated costs are covered by us, so it's completely free for you.
Handyman Questions/Answers
Your brother-in-law can help you in two ways:
Non-specialized services: These are all the small jobs that don't require specialized tools or training. Think of them on your "TO DO" list. These services are billed by the hour.
"Pro" Services : These are additional services that require more experience and specialized tools. This type of service is billed according to a quote previously provided by your handyman.
Hourly rate – $85
Hourly rate for our handymen only.
Service fees – $95
Includes up to 30 minutes of travel, vehicle and tool costs. Service fees are billed for each day placed on the schedule
Minimum hour block – 3h
For our customers who are not subscribed to our Club, the minimum hour required is 3 hours.
Non-specialized jobs are the small jobs that are generally found on your “TO DO” list: installation, assembly, miscellaneous repairs and minor jobs that do not require specialized tools.
You can supply the materials; if not, the handyman can purchase them and the costs will be added to the final bill.

You will then receive your submission by email and you will be able to approve it online and, if necessary, make your deposit yourself, always online.
Generally, specialized work requires greater expertise and specialized tools.
