Handyman Questions/Answers
You can call on your brother-in-law for a minimum of one hour at a time. The $0 mini security tune-up on the first service request is offered even for a one-hour service.
Your brother-in-law can help you in two ways:
Non-specialized services: These are all small jobs that do not require tools or specialized training. Think about your “TO DO” list. These services are billed by the hour.
“Pro” Services: These are the other services that require more experience and specialized tools to perform them. This type of service is billed according to a quote that your handyman has previously made to you.
Each hour worked is billed at a rate of $65/h
The first hour which includes: transport, tools and management costs is billed at $175
Non-specialized jobs are the small jobs that are generally found on your “TO DO” list: installation, assembly, miscellaneous repairs and minor jobs that do not require specialized tools.
You can supply the materials; if not, the handyman can purchase them and the costs will be added to the final bill.

Bernard from the Beau-Frère company for rent did a very good job at my house, he remained very polite and very meticulous, despite unforeseen difficulties when changing the fan in the bathroom. Also Cédric has always answered and returned my phone calls very well.
