"NEW" A first visit that will surprise you!
Your new brother-in-law takes the first visit very seriously. At our expense, he will take the time to carry out a mini residential security check-up, he will locate the water inlet and the electrical panel to add this information to the property file. Also, it will replace the batteries of the smoke detectors. The time and related costs are at our expense, so completely free for you.
Handyman Questions/Answers
You can call on your brother-in-law for a minimum of one hour at a time. The $0 mini security tune-up on the first service request is offered even for a one-hour service.
Your brother-in-law can help you in two ways:
Non-specialized services: These are all small jobs that do not require tools or specialized training. Think about your “TO DO” list. These services are billed by the hour.
“Pro” Services: These are the other services that require more experience and specialized tools to perform them. This type of service is billed according to a quote that your handyman has previously made to you.
Each hour worked is billed at a rate of $65/h
The first hour which includes: transport, tools and management costs is billed at $175
Non-specialized jobs are the small jobs that are generally found on your “TO DO” list: installation, assembly, miscellaneous repairs and minor jobs that do not require specialized tools.
You can supply the materials; if not, the handyman can purchase them and the costs will be added to the final bill.
F.A.Q
You can directly online get an appointment at the time of your choice. Our specialist will confirm your appointment and come to your home to submit a quote.
You will then receive your submission by email and you will be able to approve it online and, if necessary, make your deposit yourself, always online.
Generally, specialized work requires greater expertise and specialized tools.
In addition, the work is spread over a longer period and we know that you want to make the right decision without unpleasant surprises on your final billing.
The service of Brother-in-law for rent is offered throughout the greater Montreal area, on its South Shore as well as on its North Shore:

How fortunate to have found Beau-Frère à Louer for my work. Nothing to do with the first contractors I dealt with. Beau-Frère à Louer has impeccable logistics, clear communications and punctuality. Quality work at a reasonable price.
